Guided by a power-packed instructor, you will push yourself past your limits and see yourself transform with every session. The secret to this transformation is our team, our space, and our founders vision for what training should be. 


Cofounders Malvika Harsh and Michael Christopher-Warren met when Malvika was struggling to stay energetic and active after becoming the mom of two rambunctious young boys. After a couple years training with Michael-Christopher she stepped onto the VersaClimber that Michael-Christopher had been using for many years on his clients. He wanted to bring the VersaClimber and his unique and effective brand of training to the masses. Michael-Cristopher introduced Malvika to the idea of a boutique VersaClimber based fitness studio. They found a space in downtown Jersey City and after months of designing, blueprints, graffiti and approvals, CRAG was born. Now they are ready to make the vision a reality!


VersaClimber has long been among the exclusive fitness equipment of choice for world-class athletes. LeBron James for example happens to love his VersaClimber calling it his "girlfriend". CRAG now brings this to you. CRAG is for anyone. CRAG is for everyone. CRAG is for you.

CRAG Fit is based in Jersey City is the East Coast's first and only group climbing studio. We utilize the Versaclimber for a total body workout like nothing else on the planet. You will burn 4x's more calories than other workouts. Climbers are used by top athletes from every sport including boxing and MMA to get in elite condition. The Versaclimber is LeBron James' favorite machine. He calls it "Me and my girlfriend!! All I need. VersaClimber is her name" Once you climb at CRAG, anything else will feel like a waste of your time.

A Washington State University study found that subjects’ maximal heart rates were jacked up higher when doing VersaClimber intervals than when running intervals on a treadmill, and their VO2 max—a measure of how fast the body consumes oxygen, which correlates with calories burned—was “significantly greater” when climbing than when training on a treadmill or a rowing machine.
